This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. I did not stretch after the Tuesday workout because I had a test immediately after. Because of this, I think, my legs were really tired. We worked into the workout slowly though, and by the end I was feeling better.
We took it a little easier on the the fartlek today. My left foot and my left calf were sore on the run. It took a little time to get comfortable in the workout, but by the last AT a felt a little better. Nice and easy day with a little turnover.
I felt pretty off to begin the run but as the workout continues my body began to adjust. I think the workout was pretty intense and the off day left me feeling lethargic rather than rested. Half way through I started to find my stride and things got better. Hoping for a comfortable Friday jog.
yea i felt a bit tired to start with on this one, but by the the end i felt okay,
