Tuesday workout, short and intense.

800at, 600,150,150,150,150,200,200,500,600at. The 600 came in around 1:31, the 150s at 20 seconds, the 200s and 30 seconds, the 500 at 1:12 for the first group.

this workout was definitely different than the last ones. it was all speed, but i tolerated it very well. i finished the entire workout and felt good and looked good.

Very different than what we have been doing on Tuesdays. I ran the 600 in about 1:30. I felt very strong and smooth during this interval. The 150's were quick but not to bad. The 200's were pretty easy in 29-30. I ran 73 for the last 500. I felt really good through 400m. The last 100m was more of a grind but I still kept form and hit pace. I started to cramp up during the AT at the cool down but everything was fine. Overall I was happy with the workout.

i really liked this workout. i am able to stay more focused when we are doing shorter stuff like 150s and 200s. i had a cold the whole day and felt a bit dehydrated at the end of the workout. otherwise it went well.

Felt really good today. I like running fast and short rather than long and slower. My times were similar to everyone else's. 1:20 for the 600, 20's on the 150's, 28,30 on the 200's, and a 1:12 on the 500. Everything went as planned today. I was really excited about how everyone looked in such a demanding workout. Fantastic Job!
