First Day of Classes
The second semester has been kick started and we're all complaining already. Today we got together for a little run and spirits were high. TB, Otto, and Boldt ran a Hansen Fartlek and there were rumors of potent gas by the youngest member of said group. K-Mouse and Hummer just did the Hansen loop without the pick ups as both of them are trying to "keep it real".

I felt great today. My shoes are still giving me a little grief but they make my legs feel far better than my other shoes. Mouse and I talked the whole time about how much we think Jonathan looks like Kenny G.
I felt very comfortable today. The run went by really fast. I guess time flys when talking about how Otto looks like Kenny G.
things went well today, we took it a bit easy because mark told us we should work hard on tuesdays, not mondays.
i felt good during the fartlek. we didn't do it too fast. it was nice to just go through the motions to get the legs moving. foot still bothering me. i guess i have a little spot of tendonitis on the bottom of my foot. trainers said i could try to train through it if i ice a lot. we'll see.
