Big Workout
Today, Boldt, TB, Otto, and Hummer ran a pretty good workout. 800 AT, 900 at date pace + 20 sec., 3x3x300 (sets of 46,45,44 for dan and andrew; 47,46,45 for otto; 48,47,46 for TB) , 3x100 at 14 sec. Thats a lot to consume, but the young crew did it well. Everyone hit their times and looked sexy doing it. Afterward we decided that we had not quite worked hard enough so we went in the weight room and lifted for a solid 45 minutes... so there, Mark Guthrie!

I felt really good today. I never felt that I was pressing too hard. All my times were right on so I was pleased that I finally was able to manage myself. I was scared a few times by Boldt's ginormous arms. As I ran behind him his elbow came about six inches from my nose on every swing... he's so bulky!
dont worry dan, i think you're bulky too! this is one of those workouts where you can always squeeze out more, but you would pay anything not to. the amount of rest in this workout was absurd. it gave you a temporary sensation of relief, but a deep lactic acid burn that i could feel the whole time. I ran everything perfect, or a little ahead as I stayed immediately behind humdinger and boldt who ran exactly 1 second fast every time.
let me add that for the rest of the day, i felt horrible. and the next day my legs killed me, and the next day, they stilled killed, and on friday, they still hurt.
i felt okay during this workout. I hit my times most of my times right on, and i was able to get through the whole thing.
