these felt just fantastic, such a relief from the normal way we run these.
I just did an easy 5 miles with the Tom Bauer and The Nick O'Malley. It was a good time, though my body felt like it had been run through by a dump truck. Hopefully the workouts tomorrow and thursday give me a little more excitement about my body and its ability to run fast.

you just need to get A RACE under your belt, even if you finish in 2:10, i'll still believe
very relaxed with no strain at all. we just turned it over enough so that it was a good stride up and down the hill.
All i wanna say is i love hummer
i ran with hummer and Omalley for 5 miles. It felt good. we stoped and stretched in the middle which made my legs feel pretty good for the rest of the run.
