things started well, but then we accidentally ran the 2nd set 1 second too fast, then guthrie told us to run the 3rd set faster, so we did it really fast. By the last 200, I was going essentially top end, finished in 27 with no gas left.
I took the day off today. A bit sick and so I'm playing conservative. Hope to be back to 100% by the end of the week. Glad to see some speed play going on, hope it didn't drain you guys too much, but I think with two days of rest here you will be ready to roll on Friday.
I felt really good for the whole workout. I was hitting 30 for the first 2 sets easily. I did the last set all under 30, my last one was a 28. I was pretty dead after that.
i just looked at what we did last year on this day, the tuesday of the whitewater meet, we did 600at, 2x500@1:23, 6x50, 2x200@27,6x50,2x500 @ 1:15, 1:18, next tuesdays workout (last year) looks killer, 4x400, 4x200, 2x400, then the next week was the simulator
