Thursday 4 miler

3 mile warmup (21:30), 4x100m strides on the track, 1 mile indoor cooldown

I ran a little workout today. Did about 1.5 warm up indoor, then a 2 mile fartlek in which I would pick up for between 100 and 300 meters with 100-200 meter rest in between each one. It was tougher than I thought it would be and it got my cardio system working pretty good. Did about a mile cooldown indoor as well. Pretty good day overall.
