Point and Olaf

Well, it was a good day for some and an experiential day for others. While Boldt ran a fantastic leg of a national leading DMR in Stevens Point, TB, Otto, and Mouse ran tough in St. Olaf.

Ran 1:57.15 so I dropped another .62 seconds. Was hoping to break 1:57 but I'm happy that I am continuing to improve every week. Felt like I was really working hard to get through 600. Was very comfortable or relaxed in the race. Season best though so not to bad.

i am definitely disappointed in my performance, but i have come to somewhat of a realization that i am not capable of going out sooo fast.

as i came through the 600, i can only describe it as literally hitting the wall. it was like running through water. 27hi 27lo 29lo 32hi

consequently, i have narrowed my ideal pacing down a bit more. next race i'll try the following 27hi, 28lo, 29, 29 - aiming for 154

well, i took another second off from last time. I ran 2:01.19. I really wanted to break 2 but i'm just happy that i ran a PR.
