Monday workout

The men took to the track today for an easy workout which consisted of 300's 200's and 150's. The intent of the run was to loosen the legs and give a small jolt to the system before the simulator on Tuesday. Hopefully those goals were accomplished.

I just ran an easy 6 miles with John Heitzman today. My body is feeling a little fatigued from the weekend and I want to get in a quality workout on tuesday. I will not be doing the simulator as will the rest of the group for I feel that it will not help me in the same way as it will for the other gentlemen.

Heitzman gave me some great relationship advice for which I was thankful.

good workout, cut it short after the 150s instead of finishing with the final 300s. felt awesome at the beginning of the workout, and wanted to stay that way for today, and this weekend when I RUN 1:52!!%!@#$!#@%$$

Nice and easy. I felt pretty fresh today. Nice little workout.

This workout felt great because of all the rest time. It was my last fast workout for the week and it gave me some confidence. Now its just easy miles and hopefully i'll drop a 1:59.0 on saturday.
