felt great to do a 7 minute pace 3 miler - 21:04. the strides felt awesome. i plan on feeling like a million mcdonalds apple pies tomorrow
I didn't run today. I iced my foot which is still bothering me, then I went on the bike for like 20 minutes. it felt good to go easy and loosen up my legs. i iced again after biking too. and yes my foot really is bothering me, i don't just go in the training room to look at hot chics, but its always a plus.
Hey Boldt, you better get your facts straight about the new look and who is responsible. Stop stealing my thunder OTTO!
p.s. i didn't run today, i just did some stationary biking like TB.
