This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. the 53 high 54 low felt pretty difficult, the 200 wasn't too bad, but the 100 at the end was hard to maintain form for. i didn't lift today because i had a huge test at 355, but i want everyone to know: it went well! yes!!!
i ran an easy five miles on my own. it felt good and gave me some time to think.
I ran 3x4x200. It felt good and gave me a little chance to work on some turnover. The sets were at 30, 29 and 28. The workout was kind of long but got easier as it went. I felt fantastic on my last set and enjoyed zooming around the track in my tights.
slowed up towards the end of the 400 and ran 53 high. 25 something for the two and was started to strain. Finished the 100 fine but my legs were locking up. Not about 4 minute workout.
