it wasn't easy keeping up with the big dog on the 3 minute AT we did but it was worth it. all of its hardcoreness was liberating, it's as if you going to vomit your insides all over the pavement then you hit a turn in the trail and big dog throws down a surge to drop to 4:50 pace - you know, to test if you have the bullocks - then as your mouth becomes completely dry and you wonder if your skin is about to peel off you put a surge on the big dog down to 4:40 to show him a little superiority, just to see him get pissed and drop the pace to 4:38. at this point there was a minute left in the AT so i settled in, but when i decide to whip on a sonic boom for the big dog, i hope he's ready, i hope he's ready.
we finished with a little loop around mitchell to bring us to 53 minutes. call it 8 big dog.
