My legs are just getting pounded but I think I'm holding up okay so far. I felt good and was able to keep up when we pushed the pace towards the end of the run.
we tried to drop tom on this run like we did last sunday but we failed. looks like our boy is growing up. there were moments of this run where we were sub 5:30 pace.
i am having trouble maintaining hydration, despite my best efforts of crackers, water, and gatorade, i still urinate yellow
I ran 47 miles this week. I am pretty sure that is the most I have ever done in a week before. I think that I have finally adjusted to increased mileage. I am feeling really good on these runs. The only hard part is the soreness. It isnt muscle soreness though. Once we hit about 7 miles or so, my knees start to get sore and so do the bottom of my feet. Besides that I think things are going well. I am just trying to focus on eating enough and getting enough sleep,
