Thursday Group 8 Miler
Shop, Boldt, Mouse, Otto ran an 8 mile loop together today.
Don't expect TB to comment on this post, his is banned from the blog until he proves that he actually wants to be a part of it.

Felt pretty good today. We ran Trane and then added a little to make it 8. It feels good to get back in the swing of things.
