Monday ~6 miler, a down-week

The Crew ran rabbit trails to pumphouse today at a nice relaxed pace. We then proceed to the weight room where we pumped some iron and talked about how big our biceps have become.

nice soft run, glad to have a shorter run. allows us to build even more motivation for the next week.

feeling great on the roads, a little pain on the insides of the knees, but i think its due to the new type of shoe i am wearing which is supposedly better for me according to the PT.

weight capacity has increased significantly in the weight room. 3 times a week means you start noticing the people who go in there, and it's interesting to note people who go in there every monday but don't actually do any lifts.

a bit of a test week for everyone so the down-week coincides well. mouzer and boldt both have big weeks, i have 3 tests, tom has bio study group.

During the run my legs felt tired but after we were done I had a renewed sense of energy. My legs feel great right now.

The weight room was packed but we got some good lifting in. I'm improving on bench (thanks to big LUKE yelling at me to put 45s on).
