Friday
fun run today. We started by going into Hixon a little bit by for a warm up. We found a cell phone on the ground and Otto called people in the phone book til we finally found out whose it was. The workout was doing a few Finish circuits. Boldt and Otto did 3. Tom did 2.

Tom, Otto, and Boldt ran rabbit trails to pumphouse. We added on a bit at the end and it ended up being around 7 miles.

Tuesday
We did the hansen route today doing pick-ups every other block. We didn't do the long AT at the beginning or at the end, just 12 blocks of short ones. To make it about an 8 miler we added on and finished by going through rabbit trails. Boldt and Otto did an extra AT towards the end.

Monday ~6 miler, a down-week
The Crew ran rabbit trails to pumphouse today at a nice relaxed pace. We then proceed to the weight room where we pumped some iron and talked about how big our biceps have become.

Sunday Apple Blossom 10.4 miles
Breathtaking run through the apple valleys of La Crescent, MN. (see WalkJogRun route).
Jonathan drove the crew around to familiarize ourselves with the route, eventually we figured it out. It wasn't easy to start this run after driving it and seeing what lie ahead but once the hill was crested it was all downhill.
Bauers ran by himself for most of the run which is probably for the best, but it probably wasn't the most enjoyable.

Saturday Hixon Run

Well it was an interesting and enjoyable run today. However we did end up walking a lot when Otto directed us up a trail that went straight up for about a mile. We ended up at the top of the bluff by the weather station. The view was worth it though. I'd say it was 6 miles of running total, maybe more.

Hill work today. We decided to try doing a less steep hill and do more reps. We did the trail up to TNT hill at AT pase or a bit faster. Otto- 8 hills. Tom, Boldt, Mouse 7 hills. Total of 7 miles for the day.

The Crew got some good lifting in tonight along with a nice pool session. We then had a saltine cracker eating contest while we waited for our food at The Cellar.

The Crew went for a 7 miler that started off at a controlled pace. Otto decided to push the pace and work the uphills. So when we got out of the woods I just had to drop him.

A random route developed in route. Probably around 8.5 miles, maybe more.

Wednesday night workout
Tom Bauer has been removed for his acts of civil (so far) disobedience.
Tom Bauer also ordered a PITA at the cellar, which took 45 minutes to make.
After 55 pushups, (1,2,3,4,5,6,7,8,9,10), we did some serious abdominal work, then we violently threw a volleyball at each other for about 5 minutes. Later we swam.
