Wednesday 3 miler

"We generally take wednesdays off, but after a really cool speedworkout yesterday, big dog boldt thought it would be best to loosen up today on a 3 miler. We concluded the day with a few strides on the Mitchell paperclip."

last year's tuesday workout was 3x4x200 (29,28,27).

except we ran indoors this year, and we did BMS. refuel at whitney
