nice and short today. the 450 wasnt too bad, didnt feel like i was pushing hard to run the pace, and wasnt too fatigued when we finished. hopefully knowin this i will get out faster this weekend.
felt a little better today. felt like i had more energy on the warm up run. all of the 50m strides felt good and made my legs feel better.
i dont really know how to describe the 450. wasnt hard to hit the time, but the legs and arms were slightly fatigued afterwards. i wanted to run a 54 today because thats what i want to go out in on friday.
Friday = go big or go home
ran 6 miles today. legs still a bit sore, but i'm getting back into it.
was relieved to see the watch in 53hi 54lo crossing the 400.
we'll see if the taper is true on fri at 2:07pmCST.
