real controlled on the first two, the last one flet like i was goin as fast as i could though.
2mile warm up

i did 300(40), 200(27), and 2x100
1 mile cool down
walk 2 laps
got some good leg speed, still feel dead, hope i can get the legs freshened up for the weekend
once again just fine tuning the legs. felt good to dip under 40 for the last 300. AT was faster today than usual. feel fine.
