4 X 50 accel (walk back)
3 X 300 - 42.5, 42.5, 42.5 (300m walk rest)
5 min jog, 5 min walk
3 X 300 - 43.9, 41.5, 42.5
1.5 mile cool down
stretch/refuel/shower/whitney

the times were not hard to hit, but as the others will prob say, the legs were a little sluggish. good note the foot felt fine on the track.

times were very surprisingly easy and natural, but my legs felt very tired and it was hard to maintain form as i just wanted to fall on the ground. weird feeling
