thought it went fine, a little slower on the first one then we wanted was my fault, but the second one felt easier than the first. 28's starting to feel more comfortable. legs were a little tired still throughout.
legs feel very crappy, but again, times were oddly not hard to hit, it's the sub 28 pace which is really awkward.
first one was a little slow but it didnt feel hard at all. second one was fine. thought it was a pretty good workout
