i felt like crap during this workout, my legs felt really heavy. and when we had to dodge the girls i could hardly get my pace backup and finished in a 60.
only the last one was difficult, but after i did feel pretty tired. it was reassuring when the 56 went so smoothly. legs/shins are slightly sore.
i felt very tired today and i felt very fatigued after the workout. i am trying to get over illness and the medicine i took before the workout made me tired.
hit the first two well in 59 low. not hard to hit these times but i was tired. 56 high on the third one was tiring but fine. 58 low on the final one was as good as we could have done after the near disaster and me hurdling a chair.
hopefully i feel better tomorrow
