This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. I took these fairly easy today. My fastest was a 61. Most of them were in about 64-65.
good workout. i ran until the vomit threshold. 58 seconds or better on each one with boldt.
meh...whatever of a workout. Didnt do quite as fast as otto or boldt. that wasnt my goal for the work out today. each of the 7 for me got progressively faster till my last one was about 58. Felt fine for the rest of the run.
9 miles today for a total of 36 for the week so far.
