We got to the weight room earlier than normal and lifted weights until we couldn't raise our arms into the air. squatted until mouse's BO burned a whole in his shorts.
We swam a workout. The idea is to never be on the same side as Tom and since Tom is obsessed with being on the same side as you it ended up being pretty hard. We got 14-16 lengths done in about 18 minutes.

ran an easy 3 today also. Lift felt good, but my back has been a little sore.
great lifts. swam so hard almost drowned.
