This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. Herein, those associated with the team - or just those who want to be like us - can catch a glimpse of our workouts and how they have faired. After the 5th one I felt like crap. I'm pretty pumped that I stayed with you guys for the last one though. I like that workout.
we did 6, i did most of them around 1:12. the area where we stop is quite ambiguous. hard to compare to last year.
the cross guys go half way down the downhill. they do 10.
i felt very tired but i was able to keep my speed up. i think we should have done more, or at least another set.
It felt good to do an interval workout like that. I was defintely getting tired though. I didnt want to do the 6th one, but I got into it and maintained the same speed as the previous ones. We ran the cool down 4 miles pretty slowly. I think I am still affected by school smacking me in the face. Hopefully the stress and obscene amount of work will end soon.
Probably 8 miles today, putting me at 15 for the week so far.
