I did not add on at the end so it was only 8 miles for me. I felt pretty strong until the last 7min AT. I must have only been going like 6:30 pace for most of that one.
I think it was a pretty good workout today. Got 21 minutes of AT in. I felt strong throughout. The last 7min AT got difficult when we hit heartbreak hill but we finished very strong. It feels good to do these types of workouts.
My foot didnt bother me much at all on the run but it still bothers me when im walking around throughout the day. I'm just gonna continue icing it and taking ibuprofen. Looking forward to the day off of running tomorrow so I can rest it.
hixon to rabbit trails to shithouse plus adding on at the end(west to cass then around mitchell) making it 9 miles today for the triforce. 17 miles for the week so far.
good evening to all. a great workout - ran with boldt and mouse, a little sore at the end of the 9 mile add on, but i think we need more AT, it wasn't enough stimulus. during the off season i want to feel dead after the workouts.
