thought the workout went fine. ran into the wind for the first 75 meters and then with the wind for the rest. overall was just solid work, building up to peak fitness level in a few weeks.
pretty good workout. didnt feel like i was stressing at all. not too hard to grind out 27's the whole way through. overall just a good day.
my hamstring had started hurting a little bit after the monday workout. On the second 200 it started tightening up pretty bad. I got through the first set, but I didn't want to push myself and pull it. So I cut it short. 31, 30, 30, 30
