felt pretty good today. it felt good to do some AT's before the hills to get the legs going. hills felt fine. they were fairly fast but i felt pretty relaxed throughout. my calfs are really sore. that is the only part of my legs that has continued to be sore ever since illness.
all and all it was a pretty good workout
i was looking at past blog posts. one year ago during this monday we ran 7 miles and did three hills in 38,38,37.
the fastest we ever did the hills was 35.5 and 36.5. that was on a day with 2 long and 4 short hills.
i felt pretty relaxed with 37 today.
they felt fine, legs gradually got a little tighter as they wore on, but nothing to horrible. decent workload for the day.
