went well for me. once again wasnt magic on the track, but wasnt garbage either. legs are slowly feeling more and more normal. give me another week or two and the sparks will fly...burning toms hair and eyebrows.

i felt good until the last two. I think I was getting dehydrated because I cramped up pretty bad on the cool down. oh and boldt i hope you can play catch up when i run a 1:53 this weekend!!!

workout wasnt to bad. not very difficult to hit the times. whole body didnt feel great today. not bad but not great.
