whole workout went well. ran fairly even pace throughout each interval and felt comfortable throughout. good work done.
not a bad workout. unfortunately i did not feel that comfortable throughout due to digestive problems. on a whole, i felt better monday on the hills. my legs were getting tired on the last 500. not a bad day though.
the weather wasn't too bad. cool, but no wind really. Felt good on the first one, but didn't really feel strong on the second set. I still feel like I have no speed compared to indoor.
