no one wanted to do this workout, especially after yesterday.
the first 600 was moderately difficult and not very encouraging.
for some reason, the 2nd felt incredible, in the words of andrew boldt, "it just clicked".
it just clicked indeed as i felt like a million bucks coming home on the final stretch to hit 125hi
it did feel good, but was still challenging to complete. i am hopefull that these good feelings will lead to good times in the near future.
legs sore.
felt a lot better than yesterday. my upper body felt very strong today and i was able to power through the intervals...even though the legs were fatiguing. The 600's were a lot easier than expected. we were able to easily run 1 sec faster than we scheduled. running fast 200's is becoming easier.
still combating illness...hope i get rid of it by the weekend.
nice cold whirlpool afterwards
i little tired and sore tonight
