I walked for about 2 miles this morning. It amazes me how much better my legs feel after a bit of walking.
I never walk, I ride my bike everywhere. The amount of running miles to walking miles in my life is really extreme, especially in the last 7 years.
My arms were really sore from lifting today, but I think the swimming kinda helped.
Swimming was fun, especially the part where the girl TB asked out last week conveniently had a substitute for the night. Brew crew put the hurt on the 'Stros while we were in the Cellar and the night finished on a high note.
