
3 mile warm-up, 3x150. travel to des moines, IA for the drake relays. check into hotel, and eat at Iowa Beef Steak house. Mouse (24ounce New York Strip) and Otto (24ounce New York Strip) fall asleep around 1am, Boldt (chicken + salad + pudding) 11:30, Hummer (chicken + salad + pudding) 12:15am

Up early to finish some final homework, eat breakfast, and pack. the run was fine, but the ride was a little tough, most of my calories came from teddy grams, steak, and special K bars.
I am very glad that we got the workout done in the morning before we left. We just went for a 2 mile warm up run. Then we got on the track to do 3X150m. I did them in 21,20,19. Then we went for 1.5 mile cool down. I felt really good today running. Really fresh and ready to roll at Drake. I still feel a little soreness in the legs though.
4 miles today putting me at 16.5 for the week so far.
It was nice to get up and get the run out of the way before we sat in the vans for a few hours. It made our experience at Drake a little more relaxed because we just got to twalk around and enjoy ourselves. The track looks amazing.
