I didn't feel well during the warm up but after the AT my legs loosened up. I hit my 200s in 30 or under which pleased me. I felt great on the last 300. I did it in 41.4, that's the fastest I've ever done one I think.
I'm sorry I haven't been posting every day, I will try my best, the blog is now my homepage. I don't care if you guys remind me however, I don't appreciate it when you guys constantly give me crap about my excuses for not posting infront of everyone at Whitney.
the workout today was difficult on the legs, a little fatiguing for me. my right thigh started to bother me after we pounded 6x200 in 28 or less but im glad we got a shorter more intense workout in today, nice way to round off yesterday's hill and fartlek routines.
sorry tom, im glad you decided to post today
I enjoyed today's workout. It is so much easier mentally when you only have to go 300m at the most. The first two 300's were in about 44. Then I hit the first set of 200's in 28-29. The second set was in 27-28. The last 300 was in 40.5-41. My legs felt pretty good today. A little sore but nothing major. I would call it about 8 miles today putting me at 13.5 miles so far for the week.
Sorry Tom, thanks for putting the post up today though.
I felt like crap as we arrived back from our warm up. The AT was also nothing that would indicate the ability to complete this workout, but as we got moving everything became easy. My legs began to feel more loose and my mentality went from that of the beaten to that of the beater. Before I knew it the workout was finished and it had been completed in an exceptional manner.
