Hitting that 3rd 200 so fast out of the blocks was very difficult for me. It was a total effort. I was definitely struggling after that interval. Otherwise, short and fun workout.

Pretty good day. Nice and easy 2 miles for the warm up. We ran the 600 AT in a blistering 1:50.

The first 300 felt very controlled in about 44. The next 300 also felt controlled in a 43high-44. The 200's were very interesting.

For the first two, we started out moderate and really picked it up coming home. We ran 27.8 for the first and 28.0 for the second. For the next two we got out really hard for the first 75 meters. The first was in 26.0 and the second was in 29(pace). I was tired after these last two 200's. I got out really hard.

Then we got to the last two 300's we were supposed to run the first one hard. We ran about 40.8. It was quick but I felt smooth and relaxed. I was quite tired after the that one and with such short rest I felt it a little on the last one. I ran the last 300 in 46 which was what we were supposed to.

On the warm up run my legs cramped up really badly. It took the full 2 miles to get them feeling ok.

This was a pretty easy workout today. Just some moderate pace work with short rest. 3min between 300's, 1:30min between 200's, 5min set. Got a little tired at the end but not to bad.

I am gonna call this 6.5 miles putting me at 12.5 so far this week.

The workout was well performed. I think that the third 300 was a little hard, but it served me well. The workout as a whole was very positive and I think it will be a good stressor for the body and a fantastic movement toward speed.
