I swam about 25 laps, it felt good since my legs were sore from lifting. I think it helped to loosen my whole body up. My shin feels alot better today but it usually does when I take a day of from running.
Oh, look who decided to become a contributing member of our blog. He thinks he's sooo hot now that he asked a girl for her number at Wednesday night swim. Well I got news for you, Walter Cronkite: you aren't.
I ran 2 miles today. I just wanted to do a little something on the roads because we are racing on Friday. This puts me at 15.5 miles so far for the week.
i swam like a professional swimmer. it was like watching rich pein run.
