Everything below my knee is fairly sore. The racing yesterday did a number on this old body, especially my calves. Running today helped out a bit and I hope to get a nice stretch session in sometime again tonight. I enjoyed being able to run through Hixon, it was nice to get off the pavement and see a little nature for once. We tried to find the Esten casa, but came up short. Maybe next sunday we'll make guest appearances.
I had a good time on the run today. It was nice out and the soft trails felt good on my shins. My right shin has been feeling a lot better for the last two days. That is why I decided to run today instead of taking it off like the trainers suggested.
I did a lot of sleeping today and enjoyed a certain aerobic run. Status report: ready for workout. I have and am hydrating a lot today.
Beautiful day outside today. We went in Hixon for the first time in several months. It was nice to have something a little different. The run was fine. A nice easy pace. My legs were a little tired but overall I feel pretty good. We went 5.5 miles today putting me at 38 miles for this week.
