nice and easy day (5.5 miles) @ 10am, got some walking and stretching in. whitney meal post
It was a nice relaxing run at a decent pace. The legs felt really good. Just a little hungry the whole time.
We went 7.5 miles today putting me at 28 miles so far for the week.
My legs felt really good. I thin kmy body is adjusting to the rigors of racing, finally. 7.5 miles for the day put me around 30 for the week.
