apple fritter for breakfast, 3.5 hours in the car, 9 holes of golf at 2pm tee time today, burger for post-golf banter, watched the enron documentary, had a discussion on no-fault marriage, nice little night run at 9pm. felt like crap after 9 holes of golf, the burger helped. felt great during the night run, and even ran at an increased pace up the hill.

It was a surprisingly nice day to run. The sun came out right as we started. Mouse and I ran shithouse at a pretty easy pase until the last 1.5 miles. Mouse started to pick it up and he dropped me before we got back to campus. But it was a real good workout. I completed the run in 38:30 whith Mouse pretty far ahead of me. Besides running I watched movies and played guitar all day. It was a good time.
I woke up at 11:00am and then played Guild Wars until 5:30pm. After realizing that my day had been wasted, I decided that I had better run. I felt like crap when I was getting ready and for the first couple of miles. We got off at a pretty slow pace for at least the first 2miles. Then we got into a normal pace because I was feeling better. Once we hit downtown on the way back I realized that I was feeling great. Tom was half-stepping me the ENTIRE run...so I decided to drop him the in the last 1.5miles. I ran the last mile in 5:30 and finished in 38:13. I am pretty sure that is the fastest I have ever run the shithouse. I just wanted to get a little work out in today since it is only Saturday.
6 miles today putting me at 30.5 miles for the week so far.
Did a run in the evening while Jessie biked next to me. Its interesting haviong a bike roll next to you the whole time, you always feel like you're being half-stepped. I didn't really want to run and the half-step illusion from the bike made me roll the five mile route in 29:00. It felt pretty good and I enjoyed the weather. Hooray for weekends!
