i took the last few days off to try and fully get over my sickness and do family things instead. was able to get better, still not 100%, but defiantly better. probably the most sick i have been since the infection.
ran 8 miles today, felt good. plan on doing the track workout tomorrow.
did the 400s with the flys in between sets. felt pretty good. did them in in 60 to 62
