first one was a little slow, but we werent real sure of the finish mark for that one. next two went smooth, minus some girls getting in our way. they felt alright, but the pace was definitely faster than im use to yet. all in all a good workout though.
did the first two 350s and my legs felt fine. The pace was quick but I it wasn't too bad.
