*Due to Mouse unable to run because of finals and Andrew being sick, we felt the workout could be run more effectively later in the week. Perhaps Thursday before well all leave for home, or Friday/Saturday.

we thought about doing the workout, but on the warm-up my throat was very sore and making breathing difficult, so decided against it. also my legs were still tight from the previous speed days. rather run the workout when i feel capable of doing it.
after tomorrow a lot of sleep and rest will be taken at home which should make running much easier than it has been the past 4 or 5 days.
long day. only about 15minutes of down time the entire day. i am planning on running the workout on friday when i am at home at fully recovered from finals.
my legs were still sore from the other workouts, so an easy run felt really good
