legs were quite sore today, really felt it. seemed like we were going faster each one but we weren't. really worked the legs though.
i felt terrible when i woke up this morning. headache, congestion...
i only jogged three miles today. i feel that anymore would have had a negative impact
i want to try to get healthy for the track workouts coming up in a few days
felt fine, legs were a little sore from the lifting yesterday.
