felt very capable of hitting all the times, and pretty under control. the one thing i did notice was my upper body was tired and a little sore after. think it was cause i was running a little tight on the last two of the last set. now a few hours later the soreness is gone, and legs feel good.
good to be running faster again. definitely wasnt running 200's this fast at this time last year. felt capable of doing it all...just lost a little focus on the last interval.
