Thursday 12 - 27

Week road workout:

Fartlek type 3 x 300 while out on a run.

did an easy run today, doing the 300s tomorrow

did the 400 workout today. it was much tougher than i anticipated.

ran 3 mile warm-up, then did seagraves and a 600 AT. was able to run the first three at the time (56 sec) but felt very tired after the third so i stopped. finished with the flys (8 x 30m) and a two mile cool down.

my body just felt lethargic and weak, but i recovered quickly and felt good after the flys. i think although this is tough now this type of workout will be fine three weeks from now, which is the goal.
