the 170's felt good, but pretty close to all out to run that pace for me. i have a little cold which didnt make the whole thing very enjoyable though.

was a lot faster than anything i have done in a long time. legs pretty sore from it.

pretty much on pace but i was running pretty hard. hopefully they will get easier as the season continues.

i hate exams.
