legs were tight from those 55's on saturday and was tough to get the legs moving. hit the time pretty well, but wasnt all that comfortable doing it. again, the sickness and crowd of people didnt help at all.
hit the first two right on. had to run them pretty hard though. due to cardiac rehab, we had a very short set rest. third one was a little slow. i stopped at this point due to the shortened rest and because i did not want to over exert.
this is probably the most difficult exam week i have faced.
felt like i may have gone too fast on the first 2, so after the third one I decided to stop.
