the temperature felt great when we were running. the workout was pretty light but it feels good to move the legs. legs a little sore from the lifting.
yeah nice and cool out, it wasn't fast but I can tell my legs are not used to the track yet. lifting felt good, improved on my benching.
fine little workout, that went as planned. legs are good, body is good.
