felt great, was very easy to run the times, but at the end still felt like the legs had done a good amount of work. nice intro to the track again.
pretty easy workout. does feel good to get the legs going a little bit. felt relaxed on all of the 200's. just picked up the knees a little bit today.
liked being on the track, felt good. Big improvements benching in the weight room too.
