This here is a running log-blog for the members of the La Crosse MD crew. didnt have a very good day of school and didnt get a lot of sleep because of projects that needed to get done. fortunately i felt pretty good on the run.
it was hard to hit such precise pace when we were out on the roads, however i think we had decent progression. we ended running faster than we started.
i charted out our run afterwards and it looks like boldt and i ran about 29:15 for the five miles, so we ran a bit faster than we were supposed to. our last 2 miles were probably at 5:40 pace. i think it was a good workout though.
didn't feel too good after the first 2 miles of the workout. i dropped behind boldt and mouse when they started to pick it up more. I ended up doing 3 miles of the workout and just running the rest of the way at 7 min pace.
went fine, could tell we were goin a little fast but never really struggled or anything, legs got a little tired towards the end but nothing major. nice fast run.
